With a goal of no incidents, Flomax Compression analyzes and reports all events, the corrective actions taken, and then shares what is learned to help anticipate and prevent future occurrences. The root cause of an incident is extensively investigated, and Flomax Compression fully supports any regulator-led investigation that may be warranted.
Flomax tracks and measures its safety performance as part of its risk management strategy, adopting metrics that measure and continuously improve performance. These include measurements of performance before a loss occurs, such as the number of inspections, audits and proactive measures executed at the field level. The number of events that involve a loss, such as lost time incidents (LTIs) and the total recordable injury rate (TRIR) are also tracked.
